@Murdouken: This thread is relevant to my interests since I just got my first 360 earlier in the month. I'm primarily a PC gamer myself. I bought mine almost exclusively so I could play Dark Souls and Skate 3, but now I've been reminded that I can finally play RDR. I'll have to get on that. Oh also Rock Band. I have never owned any instrument peripheral game.

The weirdest reintroduction to console games you could choose is Deadly Premonition. The controls will probably feel nonsensical to you; however, when you're done with it, you will be able to play any game for the console AND you'll have had a good time.

EDIT: Ooh, and nobody mentioned Trials HD. That game is sweet.

Another arcade title off the top of my head is Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Oldie but still highly enjoyable.

forza 4 if you like racing sims. well, i find it to be more like a little sim and arcade.

halo 3 and 4 is coming out of the end of the year, story wise.

Should have stuck with PC. My Xbox has been idle for months.

Fable2 & Shadow Complex are both pretty good. Other good ones that I can think of but you might have played them on pc, Battlefield series (bad company or just battlefield3), bayonetta, bioshock, banjo kazooie nuts & bolts, mass effect 1 & 2, saints row3, deadly premonition, mortal kombat, fear2, 50 cent blood on the sand, amped3, dead space 1 & 2, left4dead 1 & 2, singularity, marvel ultimate alliance, fallout new vegas, just cause2, crysis2. @Vegetable_Side_Dish: He wants console exclusives not platform exclusives. He has only had a PC until now so he would never have had a chance to play any of those because they were never on PC...

Halo Is a ton of fun, yes if you've missed out on metal gear those are worth a good look. Also red dead redemption if you're into third person adventure.

Red Dead Redemption is top 3 all-time for me, up there with Link to the Past and Quake 3. Buy it. Shadow Complex is a lot of fun, as is Pac-Man Championship Edition DX.

My recommendations would have to be Halo, Gears of War, Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paradise, Geometry Wars 2, Forza 4, Mortal Kombat, and Red Dead Redemption.
