    Does anyone know when exactly the new 360 Dashboard is coming out? Live was down today due to maintenance, and I thought maybe it had something to do with the new dashboard.

    It does, they are preparing to put up the update. It doesn't mean it's happening soon. They just want to make sure it's going to work when it's out.
