If you are talking about already purchased DLC then i think you click on Account under settings and you can go to download history.
I do not remember a list of DLC from games on your account. It sucks that the current dashboard is unusable, I tried and failed to browse a list of recently released Arcade games. I would just check the Giant Bomb wiki page for the game and look at DLC add-ons to find what you are looking for.
This edit will also create new pages on Giant Bomb for:

Comment and Save
Until you earn 1000 points all your submissions need to be vetted by other
