Hey all, so my Xbox broke for the third time yesterday. I called Microsoft xbox support and asked for a repair. Well the recorded voice lady told me to go to the xbox support website to acces the repair client for 360 repairs. I figured this was just an alternative to speaking to an agent directly and getting repair that way. I was wrong. I was returend to the main menu quite flabergasted. I went to the website and tried the client only to have it tell me my serial number does not exist. So now i'm about to call Microsoft now and see if i can get an agent, but as far as I know at this point, you can no longer call in for repairs.I think this is ridiculous. If your Hardware breaks so much and is so unreliable that you have to have a web client specifiaclly to deal with that one issue, then that is a major turn off for people looking to them for good customer service. What do you guys think? Is this a bunch of crap or does it not bother you, because it really hits a major "I want to punch Microsoft in the face" spot in me.
