I bought Shadowrun mistakenly thinking it was a finished, full game. Yes, it was fun, but for $60 bucks all you were buying were tutorials, online play, and pretty boring bot matches. And you still had to pay separate for the online play.
This free online play for Silver members should count towards all games that are also part of GFW...like Shadowrun, Universe at War and Lost Planet. So if it's on both then it should work...so Gears1 may work as well.
I just tried Gears on my silver account and it doesn't work. I don't have any of the other games to try though, but I don't really care cause I'm rich enough to be able to afford gold.

I think after the failure of Shadowrun that Microsoft disbanded the team that made the game. Pretty sure I remember reading that so would not hold your breath for that sequel to come anytime soon.

Ya I realize that, kind of sucks. With a bit of fine tuning, Shadowrun was my kind of game. Played a 3 day marathon of it was it.. last year it came out?
