I have a fresh new copy of Battlefield: Bad Company 2. All the into movie stuff works fine. But I hit the title screen, press the start button and get a "This disc is unreadable." I've tried everything on Microsoft's support page (original 360). 
I'm stumped. The disc is in better condition than most of my others, and they're having no problems. 
Anyone?

Did you try cleaning the drive lens?

Is installing the game an option?  

I had this problem before. It turned out my 360s disc drive was dying.

I hope your drive isn't failing. My old 360 acted up like that and I eventually had to send it in because it got to the point where it wouldn't even recognize that a disc was inserted.

But really, do you have a slim? How old is the xbox? Those problems are usually disc drive related, or maybe something is wrong with the lens.

Me too. Then the disc drive decided to completely shred one of my games. :( "
