    Hey GB Community,

I'm a college student who spends most of my time at my friend's dorm rather than my own. I own a slim Xbox while he still has the old model. I want to be able to play my games whether it's XBLA or just using the save data for my retail games on his Xbox. Retrieving my gamertag on his console wouldn't give me the save data or allow me to play the XBLA games, obviously. How should I go about doing this?

Is there a way to use my slim HDD with the original model? I can probably transfer my save data via usb, but can I do the same with XBLA games and play them on his console? Never really had to do this so I'm in the dark on the issue.

    Thanks :D

I don't see how you can use a Slim HDD on an original model. Your best bet is to put your data on usb. XBLA games will work off usb as long as you sign-in to LIVE with the account that bought it.
