In the first few months you will have Halo Wars and Resident Evil 5 which both look to be solid or spectacular. Lord of the Rings: Conquest also may end up being decent. It's made by the team who did Star Wars: Battlefront, but I'm not yet entirely convinced those gameplay elements will hold up in the LOTR universe. I am cautiously optimistic for it though.
I agree with most of the posts here but one of the games that's flying under the radar I think is Godfather 2. I like the direction they are taking it in and the way they are using the license. The first one was solid if unspectacular, and this time around they are going to capture the feel of being a don better. At least, that's my hope.
