I have looked and looked everywhere on my Dashboard for this and it's NOWHERE to be found! I'm guessing I have to install it like Facebook, but where the heck is it?

I think the section to download it is in the Music Marketplace section, but I haven't looked in a week or so.

Towards the back of "Spotlight" or more half-way.

Wow, I'm STILL not seeing this guys... I've looked on every category and there is nothing that talks about Last.fm.

I've heard several things such as it's only available in the US, and that you need an adult account to install it. I have a child account in Canada so I'm not sure which one of those things doesn't enable me to install anything but I'm guessing it's the region thing for Last.FM

Its in music marketplace channel (i think thats what its called now).  The first thing in the channel is Zune and the second is Last.fm 
 
After installing last.fm, you go to the same icon thing and it launches.  Its really not very intuitive.

Dammit are you serious? I'm 21, but I am in Canada... if this is true I m going to shit bricks. Why the hell?!? Last.fm is a UK company so why would they make it available for the States but not for Canada?!?  MAD. "

Yeah, there is nothing in my Music Marketplace that says anything about Last.fm. Just music videos and RB2 track packs. 
 
Can someone from Canada who is over 18 confirm that we have it? Google isn't really giving me an answer for some reason.

I, too, live in Canada and the account I have for Xbox Live is over 18. Despite spending around 20 minutes looking, I can't find Last.fm anywhere. I am very upset about this; it was the only feature I was looking forward to.

Yeah, this sucks.  I'm 18 and from Canada and couldn't find it either.  Does this have something to do with having to be a paid subscriber on Last.fm?

MS just generally screws Canada over for everything. To be honest this isn't suprising to me at all.

Just so everyone knows, Last.fm is only available in the UK, US, and Germany I believe. That of course means that any apps that pull music from Last.fm wont be supported anywhere except for those few listed places.

But I used to have a Last.fm application thingy installed, and I'm pretty sure the website is open to Canada too. I know that I used to use this thing at one point when I was in high school. It doesn't make sense why it wouldn't be available on LIVE. Jesus this is stupid, it was the only thing I was looking forward to. 
 
Edit: OK so I just logged into my old Last.fm account and I am right now listening to music, in Canada, on Last.fm, from my browser. It must be something to do with Microsoft. DAMN THEM!

Do you have an Adult xbox live account? If you signed up and put your date of birth less than 18 years ago you won't be able to use last.fm. Sucks really, considering you don't need to be 18 to use the browser based version it doesn't make any sense to me.

Last.fm is not available in Canada. Due to Canadian licensing laws.

You have to have an Adult xbox account to access the features it sucks becuase this is the second time i have been screwed for telling them my real age. The other time being the forza LCE theme
