So you dont mean indie games, you mean XBLA indie games. Kind of a misleading thread title.
You do realize that the people making them don't know shit about programming, and are just emulating games they know to test them out? Granted, the TV calibration and "back massage" games are terrible, but there's plenty of quality stuff on there; you just have to look for them.
I didn't know they were online only; that really sucks. Why the hell would MS do that? It's not like Indie Games is such a big part of their business model that it requires such uptight, or dumb in this case, security.
Indie games can be really really good. Zeno clash was pretty good...hmm i made a game with zombies in it was also good also. For the most part good indie games go to PC.
Breath of Death VII is the best $1 I ever spent on a video game and it is an indie game. Even if my internet goes out tomorrow and I can never play it again it is worth it.
