Test your Xbox Live connection at the dashboard to isolate the problem. If it's an IP problem, maybe your DNS or something in that region has changed. Anyway, test it first to see what the general issue is.
yeah test is your best bet i've noticed with some routers if you've ever added a computer to the network it will often change the router to a closed or restricted network.
