I wanted to know why is it that I cannot download some demos and videos that are Rated Pending. I do have a child's account, which I can see why I can't downloaded Rated M game's trailers(such as Dead Space and DMC4's demo), but when I was trying to download the trailer for The Last Remnant, it said I couldn't download that kind of trailer because of the parental setting(which I turned all of them off), however, I can download the trailer to Infinite Undiscovery, which has the same rating as The Last Remnant(Rated Pending). This also goes for some demos.

Any help or advice is welcome. Thanks in advance.

You could just make a seperate account with a new hotmail address just for downloading stuff.

MS blocks it because it could end up being rated M.

I had this same problem, I called support and they basically told me to create a dummy silver account with a fake age to download stuff with, the downside is that you have to be logged on onto the dummy account while it downloads and you have to wait a few days after demos/videos are released to gold members to get them

I think it's cute that I can't download rated M game demos, but it's totally okay to purchase and download Ninja Gaiden: Black.
