Suspended due to payment option on xbox live?
My account has been suspended due to a payment option problem with my credit card so I entered my most recent card that actually works and chose it as an option but it still says suspended and keeps prompting me to choose a new option even though this one is correct. I was gonna call microsoft about it but their site won't load on my computer so I figured I'd ask you guys first. Anyone got a solution for this?
Based on posts I've seen on their account suspensions forums, if you can't enter a new card, it's because you've been banned. Hopefully that's not the case, but also hopefully you haven't been doing things you shouldn't
" Usually if they can't charge your credit card then they suspend your account. Once that happens, you can't go to the free account because you apparently owe them money. I'm only mentioning this because it's a crappy scenario that happened to me. "Sounds like a situation that leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Now that I see that it's $60, and I don't have a working 360 anymore (thank you RRoD), I made sure to not renew. I'm not pissed that they supposedly need the money, I just see no point in renewing since I don't need it." Usually if they can't charge your credit card then they suspend your account.
