Man I wish I hadn't "jumped ahead" on launch day.

£30 console pricedrop and free copy of Titanfall for the UK
oops forgot to post link, my bad:

They should start calling it the Titanbox or Boxfall, the branding of the XBone is so poor and the branding of Titanfall is so strong.
It is pretty amazing to see history repeating itself, what 13+ years later? I remember when they did the same thing with the original Xbox, only it was a fair bit more than £30. Us owners ended up being given a couple of games and an additional joypad.
I was an original Xbox owner and a 360 owner from launch. Other than 1st party titles on PS3, I bought nearly my entire last-gen catalogue on 360. I'm basically exactly who MS should be looking to retain as a customer, yet I bought a PS4 at launch and not a One. Why? Well massive price difference (that even with this price drop hasn't been bridged), and because of the 1080p vs 720p discrepancy in many of 3rd party titles arriving at launch as the main reasons.
I'd make the exact same decision today as, whether justified or not, MS have an image problem on their hands. Their console is still more expensive, is perceived as less powerful than the PS4 and that perception is only being backed up as 3rd party titles released after launch (Tomb Raider, MGS Prologue) still have that lower resolution.
Unless you really, really are interested in Titanfall I genuinely can't see why someone looking to buy a console today would choose an Xbox One unless they are offered a sweet deal.
Really quite annoyed by this. Yes I got FIFA with my XB1, but only because the Forza bundle was gone before I even knew about it, not through choice (I couldn't give a shit about FIFA - haven't even downloaded it yet). Including a game I actually want makes it feel more like an £75 drop to me :-(

YES! I remember my copy of dead or alive 3 and some other game I can't remember. Amped maybe?
