Okay, not having played any console in the now generation, I want to ask how the party system works on the Xbox One.

Seemingly, when you start a party, it becomes a 'Game You're Playing' Party. So the people who join it, can get invited into the game. How does it work for people in a party, but playing different games? For example, I'm playing Dead Rising 3, 2 of my other friends are playing Battlefield 4 and others are playing Call of Duty: Ghosts. We're all in the same party to talk to each other, how do we get into each others respective games?
