Whilst the demo was done on a huge screen, how will such features such as SnapMode will work on a usual 32-50 Inch TV?

Whilst I'm sure they can do some scaling, it will still be taking up a proportion of my screen, a screen that (because I'm broke ass) is already small enough.

Whilst it only works on IMAX screens.

Screen real estate has more to do with screen resolution than size. The only issue they might have to be wary about are the font sizes of text and the button boundaries for Kinect. Everything else will be just like it was at the reveal event.
