If anyone could help me out with this problem I'm having, it would be much appreciated. Upon completion of a mission, I was granted a Sergeant Heavy, but since I received him, I'm unable to change anything looks-wise for him or any of my other soldiers. The Sergeant in question is also, as the title suggests, headless. Anyone else had a similar problem, or have any suggestions on how to fix it (quitting out and reloading did not fix)?

This is quite a funny thread actually.

The man just wants to get ahead in life, you shouldn't talk about him like he's some headache you have to deal with. As long as he has a solid head on his shoulders I'm sure he'll survive until the end of the game. At the very least it won't be death by headshot.

Sadly I have not heard of that. Your best bet would be to try posting on the official 2K forums. They have a bug section.

He should be immune to critical hits, shouldn't he?

Thanks for that, looks like other people there have had a similar problem. No fix though.
