    Yakuza 4 is the fourth game in Sega's crime drama series, known as 'Ryu ga Gotoku' in Japan. As a first for the series, the story is split between the viewpoints of four different protagonists.

    Do the oil drums, umbrellas etc. have any purposes(modding, recycling etc) other than selling them at stores?

    Yakuza 3 had all sorts of weapon/gear modding, so I'd assuming that #4 does as well. And there were some pretty weird items in that game too (like broken radios).
