I've been doing a bit of poking around but I can't seem to find any info about it coming the the Great British Isles.  
Anyone have any idea if there will be a UK compatible release?

True, PC and PS3 games are region free.

For some reason I really can't see this game being released in the UK. Maybe they will just think it's to American in it's content for us to truly 'get' but it would be good to see it here. 

I ordered it a few days ago & it just arrived today. Funny as hell but many of the questions are next to impossible for non US residents to answer.  Import with caution!

I'd still like to see it have a release here, even if it is very american. Some of us know a fair bit of american stuff, I wan't to be able to play with my yankee buddies. This is our kinda game.

Where is the best place to buy Jack for the none Yank.

So am I correct in thinking that you can import a US PS3 copy to play on a UK/AUS/NZ PS3, but you won't be able to play a US X360 on a UK/AUS/NZ X360?

Also, these kinds of games can be hard if they don't localize the questions. There's a bunch of Buzz questions that makes no sense to me as I am Norwegian.

Ok so I should now mention I imported this game from the US, marking my first PS3 import. It works fine, but I must say that this game is very American, lots of references to American TV and culture that it makes sense that this game wasn't released over here.
