I didn't get too far in Zeno Clash because I'm not into brawling, but I wish I was for this game.

Sick. Zeno Clash was pretty good, but Father-Mother is one of the best game characters evs.

Also, I'm stuck. I'm at the (Zeno clash 1 area spoiler) the throne were you met golem and need to open two layers of doors. I can figure out how to open the first door but not the second, anyone managed to get past this part yet that know what to do?

I AM HYPED.

I'm not talking about Zeno clash 1, it's just that the area is the same. More specific (Zeno clash 2) after you light all the candles and get entrance to the throne you run to the left of the throne past a fast travel point. There you use the glove to open a door. Behind that door is a force field then you remove that force field another one activated behind it and that's the one I can't get past.

edit: when you get the 4th thing link the two orbs and hit one of them.

This game was made from my nightmares. I'm afraid I am not brave enough to venture through it

The only thing i know about this game is that ATLUS is publishing it.

yep, same with me. Back to the first one last night and it's pretty fun still.

So far so good. Combat feel a lot smoother and a little more depth to the fighting with additions to combos and grabs.

I still haven't played the first one. I think it's sitting on my steam library from a bundle I bought a long time ago. Looks interesting, but so do all the other games I want to play and don't have time to.

This has to be the most imaginative, surreal world I've encountered in a game since Neverhood. I've taken more screenshots than Dear Esther. And it's an actual open world (not as big as a GTA) with fast travel and some sidequests.

Everyone, go into the houses. Some fantastic characters.

i am so excited i loved the first but i tried playing when i woke up and i just couldnt.

OMG Rath Birds Fields is like that moment in Ocarina of Time when you walk across the Hyrule overworld for the first time. So expansive, but like on another level of surreality that my mind can't handle.

Rath-Bird fields are good, but some of the later areas are just incredible; endworld and the area around that got even better.

@assinass: How does the game play on your laptop when you're not recording? My laptop has the same graphics card, so I figured your laptop's performance would be a good estimate for mine's.

It's actually quite taxing, playing it on 1280x720 with all high settings and I get 20-25 fps. I'm trying to work on the overclocking, but it's still playable.

Oh god, my mind can barely handle Rath Bird Fields. If there's more, I might end up a drooling Corwid of the Free by the end XD

I love this kind of art. I wish more developers would hire some people tripping on acid. I'm also surprised how much work they put into this game. It's jam packed with weird shit in every corner of each level.

I didn't play the first one, but man, this game is good. The aesthetic and story are goofy and crazy, however the combat is just great. It's the best First Person Melee I've ever player. By far.

Right after you get it, I've been now using all 4 secondary weapons at the same time.

Now in the desert, holy crap my eyes.

Man, if I weren't already playing FEZ, I would be playing this. Definitely gotta get into this soon after. :O

for the record, I beat this in 8 hours

I didn't do all of the side content though, probably just gonna run it through again to get all of those damned boxes.
