According to Go Nintendo, there's talk of the Tecmo/Grasshopper collaboration leaving Japan, but not following the US franchise name of Fatal Frame. The likely option would the Tecmo's decision to continue the franchise using the European/Japanese series title "Zero/Project Zero"
This seems a little odd, I had assumed the Fatal Frame name in the US was well known, so to change it now so it's in line with the European version makes little sense.
