Duke Nukem / Duke Nukum and developers

The original Duke Nukum (yes, it was Nukum, not Nukem before Duke Nukem 3d) was developed by Apogee software and was a completely different game.

Actually it was Duke Nukem and it got changed to Duke Nukum in the last version (1.12 I believe) but then 3D Realms registered the name and Duke Nukem 2 was NUKEM and then came Duke Nukem 3D, etc.

Just looked it up and it seems you're correct about the name.  Still, the developer is wrong, and the GBC version is different than the PC version (the GBC reminds me more of the Duke Nukem 2).
