Lost in Time is a point and click adventure game by Coktel Vision. It's interface is similair to other Coktel Vision games of the time. Notably, all characters are presented via FMV, the backgrounds are either digitized photo's, handpaintings or 3D CGI. The CD version also has voice acting.
The plot revolves around Doralice, a woman who inherits a large mansion. While exploring the mansion she finds a time bandit is trying to use the house to smuggle contraband from the past. With the help of time agent Melkior she tries to stop him.
Interestingly, Doralice is also the protagnist of the lesser known earlier Coktel game Fascination. There is no mention of any of the events of that game however. Also, Fascination is an adult themed game, whereas Lost in time is family friendly.
