The arcade sequel to Jorudan's bizarre one-on-one street basketball game adds a larger roster from the start and a new "two on two" mode. It's better known for its PS1 port, which was part of the Simple 1500 series.


Overview

1 on 1 Government is a 3D street basketball game developed and released by Jorudan (in conjunction with Tecmo (Company)) for arcades exclusively in Japan in 1999. The sequel to the original PS1 game 1 on 1 (Game), Government adds a new two-on-two game mode (known as "2 on 2") and two additional playable characters (with all characters unlocked from the start). It was later ported to the Sony PlayStation exclusively in Japan on May 2, 2000. Published by D3Publisher, it was released as part of the Simple 1500 (Franchise) series (as Simple 1500 Series Vol. 30: The Basket - 1 on 1 Plus).
