@jonny_anonymous: I’m pretty sure I heard that he filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which is different from being “flat broke” and actually gives him a get out of jail free card of sorts to reorganize his company without having to be legally forced to liquidate any of his assets in order to pay off his debts. The guy is still making millions, he just owes more than he can pay back at the moment, which is why he’s making business moves. Although that’s my basic understanding of how a chapter 11 works I’m sure @lawgamer or someone better versed in this stuff can speak up on the matter in more detail and accuracy.

@humanity: I admit, I have no idea how bankruptcy works, especially not in American law.
