Christian Nutt of Gamasutra interviews John Ricciardi and Hiroko Minamoto of 8-4. Found it on GameSetWatch, but the original interview is here. Lots of good information about how long John and Hiroko have been working on doing localizations along with their level of involvement in various projects and their current/upcoming projects (Star Ocean: The Last Hope).

Fun read for anyone curious to find out more about the company and more about the behind the scenes stuff when it comes to game localization. It's just a shame that they can't be as in control on all of their projects as they were in Baten Kaitos Origins (in which they actually handled everything, including oversight of the vocal work resulting in probably the best RPG dub of the last generation).
