Abe no Seimei

Persona

Abe no Seimei marks his first appearance in Persona 2: Innocent Sin.

He is described as strongest Japanese magician of the Yin Yang arts during Heian period. He is is required to perform the Death Spirit Fusion Spell.

He re-appears in Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Children: Black Book/Red Book where he as a Battle Net opponent featured in both Books. If he is defeated he gives himself as a demon.

Warriors Orochi

Abe no Seimei also appears in the Warriors Orochi franchise. Particularly in Warriors Orochi 3, Warriors Orochi 4.

In Warriors Orochi 3, he is a Wonder Type playable character but in Warriors Orochi 4, he is a Speed Type.

According to the game's lore, Abe no Seimei found himself trapped in a dimensional realm and joined the Coalition led by Wang Yuanji against Yuan Shao. He took part in the Siege of the Ueda Castle where he magically sealed the gates of the castles, preventing Yuan Shao's forces from breaching them.

This same version of Abe no Seimei appears in Toukiden: The Age of Demons where his soul is freedom after the protagonist defeats Mifuchi, and offers him his support in his campaign to vanquish the demons.

This same character is also a secret unlockable character in Nobunaga's Ambition: Iron Triangle.

Kuon

A female version of Abe no Seimei appears in Kuon.

She is one of the three protagonists of the game, who appears in the final Kuon Phase of the game. Her weapon is the Ceremonial Spear.

Just like the original Abe no Seimei, she is a powerful onmyoji that Doman, the main antagonist of the game, wants to use her to complete the Kuon Spell.

Eiyuu Senki

A very different version of the character appears in Eiyuu Senki: The World Conquest.

This version of Abe no Seimei is still a female one, but she appears as blonde, sultry fox girl.

She plays the role of a heavy artillery sorceress in battle.

Oreshika

Abe no Seimei is the main antagonist of the game Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines.

In this game, he is a sorcerer that advised the emperor to sacrifice an entire clan to appease the gods after a series of natural disasters plagued the land. But the gods were not pleased by that and they resurrect the clan to exact their revenge upon Abe no Seimei.
