    Overview

Doraemon: Yume Dorobou to 7 Nin no Gozans ("Doraemon: Dream Thief and the Seven Gozans") is a Doraemon licensed platformer for the Sega Mega Drive released in 1993 and the only Doraemon game to grace the system. Doraemon would become a more common sight on the Sega Pico, however, which was a system geared more towards kids.

The story involves a group of creatures called the Gozans that steal the dreams of Nobita and his friends, motivating Doraemon to chase after them into the land of dreams to recover them all. Doraemon can stun enemies with his pistol and then throw them around to defeat other enemies, or he can charge his pistol to defeat enemies in one shot. Various gadgets show up for Doraemon to use as well, including the Anywhere Door that transports him to bonus games. At the end of each stage, Doraemon fights a boss via a janken (rock-paper-scissors) match.
