Adam First started in Grey Matter Studios before it merged with Treyarch and has been the Design Director since 2005 but was also the lead level builder of the company until late 2007 where he worked on Call of Duty 3.
He Worked heavily to create the community "buzz" For the Zombie Nazi DLC for Call Of Duty: World At War to great success. Adam also worked on the final elements of and had a big interview with Joystiq about the game [ Found Here ] however Adam still takes on his role as Lead Level Builder on projects when required but currently is working as Design Director on an as of yet unannounced project.

Adam has come from a different angle entering the video game industry.  He studied as a Technical Stage Manager at a music and drama school and spent a number of years in theatre.
