    I've been scouring the internets trying to find a full tech tree or something so I can know what is in store for me if I get my civilization to the higher levels. Has anyone found anything like that?

    What? You can see the entire tech tree by going to your town center. That thing you put points into?

    the hight level army is mostly composed of the units you get from your advisors. atleast thats what is going on at my greek civ right now :)

    It's loot not level that changes the look of your units.
