    I was thinking about buying this game after finals, and I was just wondering if there is still a good amount of people playing.

    Well now is a pretty good time to start playing, since the 1.9 update just came out and the 2.0 (content) update is due later this year. There are still lots of people playing, and since I finished college today, I am going to re-sub later on!

    Quite true! Since the 1.9 update, the server which I game on has shown a significant increase in activity.   Server merges are also supposed to be taking place sometime within the next week or two...
