Yashiro was the vocalist of a Visual kei band Panic. They were mostly active in Nagoya. He later joined Murakami's band Happy Cycle Mania as a guitarist. Yashiro decided to play the guitar after witnessing Aki's talent. He is very passionate about the music scene and about his band.
Yashiro hail from the countryside near Nagoya to pursue a career in rock music. He met his girlfriend Mika in high school. Yashiro dropped out of high school during his second year to join Panic. He took a part-time job to support his band and lived in an apartment with Mika.

Chapter 2: Road to Ruin?
Shikanosuke first met Yashiro before they performed at Music Farm. Shikanosuke had forgotten that he was dressed in drag and he met Yashiro at the men's room. Initially Yashiro was shocked to see a girl in the men's room but then realized that Shikanosuke was actually a guy when he spoke. Yashiro assumed that Shikanosuke was dressed for his performance. When Shikanosuke revealed that he dresses in drag all the time, Yashiro became furious at him and accused him of being a pervert.
After the after-party, Shikanosuke went out to buy a drink from a vending machine to sober up. A man bothered him because he assumed that Shikanosuke was a girl because he was still dressed in drag. Yashiro appeared and fought the stranger off. Yashiro then recognized Shikanosuke and expressed his anger towards him.
Yashiro accused the Second Literature Club band of riding on the fame and success of STAR GENERATION. Shikanosuke became angry at Yashiro for insulting the band and they fought. Yashiro's girlfriend Mika then showed up to rescue Shikanosuke. She brought him back to their home to patch him up.
Mika revealed that Yashiro thought highly of the Second Literature Club band. She also explained that Yashiro was making a living purely on his own effort. Yashiro then apologized for his actions. The next morning, Shikanosuke and Yashiro exchanged phone numbers.
True Ending
Yashiro to joined Murakami's band Happy Cycle Mania. They met after Yagihara formed his own record label. Yashiro and Mika then moved to Tokyo.

Second Stage
Chapter 1: Zig-Zag Rock'n'Roll Train
Five years after the events of Kira Kira, Happy Cycle Mania was having a hard time without Aki. Murakami was thinking of disbanding but Yashiro insisted on pulling through. Later during their practice, Yashiro was infuriated by Murakami's apathy and quit the band. Yashiro discovered Aki at this home and she revealed that she knew about the band's situation. She blamed herself for causing it by leaving the band and going professional but Yashiro insisted that Murakami should re-evaluate his dream.
Chapter 3: Let's Do It, The Music
Murakami and Yashiro met with Yagihara to plan Happy Cycle Mania's 5th year anniversary event and Murakami begged Yashiro to return to the band. Yashiro agreed.
Chapter 4: We Are Always Rock Crazy
Mika sewed Yashiro's band costume. They felt that the event will be a turning point in their lives. Yashiro invited Mika to a luxurious dinner 2 days after the event. He then performed with Happy Cycle Mania.
