    Overview

    Alcazar: The Forgotten Fortress was released in 1985 by Activision. The original program was developed by Tom Loughry with graphics from Keri Longaway.

    Alcazar is a top-down dungeon-crawling adventure game. The game consists of 22 castles to delve into, located on a world map.

    Of all the versions available, only the Coleco Adam version allows for saving progress.
