A main character from the Silent Hill franchise. She is the daughter of Dahlia Gillespie and a key figure in the town's sinister history.
Officer Bennett is a police officer from Brahms who becomes trapped in Silent Hill with the player.
Dr. Kaufmann is head of the medical staff at Alchemilla Hospital in Silent Hill. His role in Shattered Memories is much more expanded than it was in the original game.
Lisa Garland is the nurse who cared for Alessa Gillespie after she was nearly burned to death. She is murdered by Dr. Michael Kaufmann but survives in the otherworld, supposedly for eternity.
Pyramid Head, also known in Japan as the Red Triangle, is a nightmarish monster from the Silent Hill series. He is mainly featured in Silent Hill 2.
