I thought it was a waste of $15 probably during the sale the OP mentioned. I tried to get into the game a number of times, the platforming is at times fun but the combat, especially during the mini-boss segments, is just a frustrating mess of combat abilities that don't feel well-tuned to work together.

Edit: Also, I google the game's length when I was considering sticking it through and the responses came back at around 15 hours. No way I was playing that game for 15 hours.

YES YES YES! I adore this game. Yes, it may be simple, yes, it may have a predictable ending. But its so beautiful and creepy, I get lost in it for hours.
