    I was wondering if alone in the dark ever got a patch or an update...  because i was gonna pick up the game then remembered how bad the reviews was.... i don't have a PS3.... (yet)

    Yeah it did. The PS3 version was only significant because it incorporated content from all versions. Always meant to pick it up too.

    @Snapstacle:  Wait, the 360 version got an update? I picked the game up earlier this month and never saw a title update when it was booting up. Did I miss something?

    @SuicidalImpulse: Wow, way to bump! Anyway, I looked around, and it seems like it was supposed to get patched after the PS3 version but beyond a bunch of news posts saying it was getting patched, I can't seem to find anything that confirms that they followed through with it. Maybe the 360 version was DOA/SOL?

    @Snapstacle: Hah, I feel kinda bad for that now. But thanks for the link, interesting to see how they changed the PS3 version.. maybe the sales were just so low that they decided not to bother with the 360 patch/it was taking too long with no real monetary return in sight? Kind of a douchebaggy thing to do, but I suppose either way we've gotta deal with it. I cleared the game through already, but wow it would have been better with some of those fixes.

    @SuicidalImpulse: I don't think any version of it sold particularly well. Oh well, anyone can pick it up for $5 new if they want it though.

    I just put the game in my Xbox today for the first time in 2 years &
    it never gave me an option to patch the fucker.
