Crowbars are commonly used to open nailed wooden boxes. They are also, however, excellent weapons. Epitomised in the phrase: "Aliens have invaded the Earth. Here's a goddamn crowbar."
A knife-like weapon designed for quick stabbing attacks. Daggers don't often deal much damage, unless the foe is attacked repeatedly.
