    Finished long after Dr. Gero's death by his self-aware supercomputer, Android 13 is specifically designed to destroy Goku. He can obtain a greater form once absorbing components from #14 and #15.

    Overview

    Android 13 has only appeared once outside of video games, in the movie Super Android 13. In the movie, he tries to kill Son Goku with the help of Androids 14 and 15. 13 is more powerful than his allies, able to fight back against a Super Saiyan. When 14 and 15 are destroyed, he absorbs their component parts to become Super Android 13. As Super 13, he is able to easily beat Goku, Vegeta, Future Trunks and Piccolo all at once, the first three of which are in their Super Saiyan forms. Goku finally defeats him by creating a Spirit Bomb, consuming it, and going Super Saiyan. Super 13, already damaged just by being near Goku's new power, is destroyed by a single punch to the chest. With all of its creations destroyed, Dr. Gero's supercomputer shuts down for good.
