I wanted to know if I can use this picture (the main picture of Eighteen that you use) for puting it on a story I want to do on FanFiction, you know like picture for the story.

I seriously doubt that the uploader had the right to post that image.

You should PM him and ask where he got it if you want to find the real author and ask for permission, and good on you if that is your plan.

@kakop: This image is used all over the internet without attribution and I cannot determine authorship. Finding the author may be difficult.

Kinda just looks like official artwork to me.

The user who uploaded the pic doesn't seem to have done anything on the site for a long time, unfortunately, so asking them might be kinda difficult.
