Hey all, I'm looking for a decent SimCity-like game or anything like the Anno series. The issue is most, if not all, of the games I've tried on the Play Store has time gates that require you to pay money, or to wait on a bunch of arbitrary mechanics just to extend the game's length.

I don't mind the game's cost, or even if it's free, I just want it to play like a traditional PC game for the most part :)
