Angelia is Mildred's slightly older twin sister, but she passed away at a very young age. As a result, when she breaks free from the "Other World", she still looks and behaves as if a child. She is able to use her halo as a projectile and to conjure beams, and her stuffed friend is also capable of growing and fighting.
