    Overview

    Angus "Grim" Grimaldi is a Scottish sailor in his 60s, serving as helmsman of the Endurance, the ship Lara and company travel on in Tomb Raider. He had a tough upbringing in Glasgow, and joined the Royal Navy out a lifelong kinship with the water. There, he met Conrad Roth, a Royal Marine commando. After leaving the service, they stuck together and traveled the world taking on dangerous treasure-hunting missions, including some for Richard Croft, Lara's father.

    Story

    After being shipwrecked on Yamatai, Grim is captured along with most of the Endurance's crew. However, the old man manages to escape and finds Lara on her way to rescue them. But the Solarii catch up to him and attempt to use him as a hostage to force Lara's surrender. Grim refuses and goes down fighting, taking several enemies with him.
