    Overview

    Amnion is the final boss in Silent Hill: Homecoming. It looks like a giant spider woman-ish monster with metal limbs. Four of its limbs are used for walking while the other two (the front ones) are used for attacking. Connecting all the legs is a human body hanging down from the spider's structure and hooked by wires which harshly pull at its own flesh.
     

    Plot Importance

    After defeating Amnion, the player finally discovers Alex's brother, Josh ua, inside the creature's stomach. This boss represents Alex's guilt for Josh's death and quite possibly also the anger that Josh felt towards Alex. Amnion appears from the ring given to Joshua by their father after Alex discovers the truth of his death.
