Cyberpunk. Duh.

JK. CDPR has said last year that they're making this into an RPG. I would assume in their own style, kind of like the old Bioware circa KOTOR and Jade Empire, albeit more refined like what we've seen in The Witcher 2.

Sonic was developed around the same time Mass Effect 1 was, obviously a time when still had plenty of their RPG-oriented philosophy intact. It was released about 10 months after ME1.

TOR was developed by a completely different Bioware studio in a different country.

Dragon Age games are developed by a different team as Mass Effect, and even that series has seen significant change from the first game to the second, as we all know.

So yes, the Bioware that made Baldur's Gate, KOTOR, Jade Empire, and Mass Effect 1, AKA the Bioware in question, did go from making awesome RPGs into a pew pew studio. The evolution of Mass Effect is hard evidence.

It's difficult to say, even based on the rulesets for the tabletop game, how the videogame will play. Cyberpunk 20XX has a rep for being about stealth, tactical use of skills and short, sharp combat - but the videogame takes place 30-40 years after the most recent Cyberpunk setting. If it devolves into an all-out shooter then it's kind of a waste of a license and the developer's skills, so I don't see that happening.
