    Overview

    The Epic Games Store is a digital distribution platform for PC and Mac video games. It was launched on December 6th, 2018.

    Price Split

    When a player purchases a game on the Epic Games Store 88% of the purchase will go to the developer with 12% going to Epic. This feature was touted by Epic at the launch of the service.

    Support-A-Creator Program

    The Epic Games Store platform has a feature called the Support-A-Creator program. This program allows players to enter a creator tag or use a creator link when purchasing a game. This will earn the creator money based on how many people use their tag when purchasing.
