maybe they should turn off new subs until they get caught up.
Not trying to be a jerk at all but.....
ha! tru. guess I'll just have to try that patience thing. It's their own fault for making such a kick-ass site. :D
about the 1000 points ... I'm actually wondering if that's set high enough. Seems pretty easy to attain. Just don't want to see thousands of people behaving just long enough to get the grand then fecking everything up ;)
"Yeah, this will be a lot easier when more people get to 1000 points. Then there will be less to moderate.Kudos for quoting Tom Petty
As Tom Petty once said, "waiting is the hardest part".
"
When they get more mods being able to aprove submissions behind them, it will be a much quicker process... Give it time people.
@Kush. Actually they are doing them out of order. I had some approved that were only 6 hours old as where I have others that are 50 hours old. So, dunno.

LOL its their fault for making a kick ass site? actually its their fault for not geting enough sub moderators before opening the site. lol
"As soon as they'd turn them on again, however, they'd get hit with another huge wave of submissions.Exactly, so just be patient and yours will get graded.

"There's 400 pages with 50 subs on each page, plus there's a bug on the first page so we can't check subs there. The way the subs are listed are the oldest subs will be on the front page. But like I said there's a bug on the first page of the queue right now. Thanks for the info.
"
"i think it should be raised to like 10,000 pointsThe points system isn't about achieving the supreme position of being able to submit without approval. It's just used to make sure you're loyal to the site and that you produce quality work. Soon enough, every regular will have 1000.
"
I say leave it.
Once the first huge wave of submissions has gone through as either accepted or rejected and the majority of content on the site has been added then they should go through faster in the future. Just right now the situation is probably as soon as they finish moderating one submission another two replace it in the list.

Just wondering.

Thanks for the update BTW.
