I have no clue how to get this, grenades, rocket launcher....idk which?

go to star junction which is the game version of time square. get a bus then drive to the closest brige. go up the wrong and half way up spinside ways to block traffic. the cars will pile up then try to jump on top of the bus and fire away with rockets when you see 10 cars . here is a video version of what i just said http://youtube.com/watch?v=z5WfESIS99s

either what DSHIZ said or if you stumble upon a parking lot of cars on your adventures, bring the cars in and light em off

dont you have to destroy 10 cars?

i think bikes count cas i had a bike in my pile up on the bridge
