Who was a big fan of the original Chromehounds as well?
It did so many things right, and it was great fun online. Probably one of the best online games on Xbox 360.
I don't know if it was popular enough to warrant a Chromehounds 2, but Chromehounds 2 is still on my most wanted list.
Such an awesome game.

I just bought Chromehounds yesterday and I'm quite surprised it plays so well.  I'm loving the customization.  I would not mind a Chromehounds 2.

I'd say Steel Battalion plays to a different kind of mech gamer. The more hardcore.
Chromehounds persistent world/war where you had to take territories by fighting battles against others and working with your whole nation and taking over the whole world.. That's what made Chromehounds so fun. In addition to giant lumbering robots, tons of customization, the game is very fun to play.

Steel Battalion was one reason I bought myself the original xbox, but funny thing is I never bought Steel Battalion.  I bought Shenmue II as my first Xbox title instead and forgot about SB.
