    Hamburger

Object » linked to 362 games

A hamburger is a hunk of ground beef served between two pieces of bun-configured bread. Hamburgers are often served with a variety of toppings and condiments. It is named for the region in which it was invented, not for the kind of meat (as is often mistakenly suggested).

For those of you not in the know, turkey burgers are delicious. Maybe you've tried one before and decided otherwise, but much like a hamburger, there are good ones and there are bad ones. But the good ones, in my opinion beat even the best of the beef burgers.

So I propose that several major fast food joints start included a turkey patty as an option. Not only are they tasty, they're a lot more healthy.

    Turkey Western Cheeseburger anyone?

I agree, they're a lot better than your standard burgers, especially with that turkey patty, though over here it's referred to as arabian bread.

What makes it special is their meat, it's cooked practically on the spot and is almost always served still warm.

I'd eat a Turkish one over McD's any day.

For people in SoCal, or visitors, check out TK Burger, their turkey burger is fantastic.

But the best I've had yet is from The Kitchen in Silverlake. It's a thick patty that steams when you bite into it. There is what can only be described as a table cloth of cheese melted over the patty. Red onions, bacon, tomato, lettuce and guacamole all inside the wheat bun. -drools-

See, I like regular beef burgers AND turkey burgers. I generally get beef burgers when I'm out but  eat turkey burgers at home.

This is what I mean. Those bland turkey burgers do exists, but they are making a bad name
for the amazingly tasty ones. Don't give up your quest, try them at a different place or made
by someone else and you might strike gold. Hot, delicious, meaty gold.
