How about "Giant Bomb Live" ?

I know, I know, maybe I'm the 60th person who wants this but man GIANT Bomb should really consider a live show.
Imagine seeing the Giant Bomb crew live inviting ubisoft , activision, EA, SCE, Microsoft studios and other devs and preview games for us in a live show.
Answering questions of Giant bomb users etc.

I bet Jeff or Ryan or anybody working for Giant bomb could come up with a catchy name for the show
Even if it is at midnight my time or 1 'o clock in the morning since I live in Europe I'd still watch the show guys. (my time is +1 GMT)

I hope this happens too.  I loved watching On The Spot with Ritch and Jeff kicking back and talking madness about videogames it seriously was the highlight of my week.  The time does not matter to me and I too live in Euroland :P  Scotland to be exact.  Hoots man!

Maybe we should start making signs, so I'm gonna see if I can change the topic title a little.

It would and will be awesome. But I don't think the site is ready for that just yet. Still doing launch stuff I'm sure and forever editing pages. But when Giant Bomb gets big enough and has some develop relationships the live shows will be awesome I'm sure. And OMFG if giant bomb ever starts their own tournament TV like system it'll be awesome!!

I know what you mean, the old On The Spot was classic, Rich Jeff and Ryan were the best hosts.

Man, I just watched a video with a compilation of all the greatest moments of Rich and Jeff and man that one video where Jeff and Ryan start singing on popstar or something.

Well remember Giant Bomb has played around with some live stuff before, on GTA4 launch night. But yeah we deffinatley need an On The Spot style show

I've gotta say that I have great memories of the chemistry of the old presenters - namely Rich, Jeff, and Ryan, which seems to have been lost on more recent On The Spots. (In fact sometimes I even find it a little awkward when I watch nowadays). 

Having a live show on Giant Bomb would be great, but I think if it were to happen it would take a while to set up. When/if the time does come, I'll certainly be behind the guys showing support.

yeah that would be great, they have a set and HD cams already, dont know whether they have the capacity to live stream to already 10,000 users though. i loved their e3 vids.

They're not that popular to have live shows with crazy game making people. In time there could be, though.

Well to be honest if they wanted it now, they could get it up and running but I bet they are focusing on other things but I bet a live show is one of their focuses for the future.

Maybe they'll let us know something in the new bombcast.
Even a live bombcast could be cool :P

But I'd rather have a live show where they recap everything for every week.

After the Beta, it's a great idea. Till then, the occasional live gameplay marathon, Bombcast and How to Blow a Bomb will do just fine.

As to the name, how about "Light the Fuse"? That's how you make a Bomb "Live" lol

That would be great. I love watching the crew on video, and it being Live as a full show would be awesome.

I really hope that happens, I sent them an email asking them to please do live show similar to On The Spot. Im sure they got that in their plans for the future, but just to be sure, people should keep sending them emails asking them to do so, also keep making forums to do so.

I think once the site settles down a little it would be a good idea. There's way too much going on for this to happen anytime soon.
I was a really big fan of the old On The Spot, and a Giantbomb show of similar fashion would be great.
